Co-Founder of CURSHAW Max Curzon-Hope is an expert commercial specialist with experience of working with PFI stakeholders across the Public and Private sectors where he has delivered major complex commercial change and commercial transactions. His experience on either side of Project Agreements and at the interface between Contracting Authorities and Providers has developed his appreciation of collaboration and the practical means of developing thriving partnerships and operational performance improvements through commercial arrangements. CURSHAW the company he co-founded are a commercial lifecycle consultancy, with deep expertise in the specialist areas of complex infrastructure assets and major digital technology programmes.  Working at senior Executive levels, CURSHAW support their clients to accurately define and deliver their critical commercial priorities, whilst managing execution and risk with proprietary tools and data technologies.  CURSHAW focus on the interface between the Public and Private Sector in complex commercial agreements including Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), Private Finance Initiatives (PFIs) and Real Estate outsourcing.
