Nigel Badham

Nigel has been involved in PFI for over twenty years, initially in an origination capacity for the investment arms of large construction companies, bidding and winning PFI projects. More latterly Nigel was a director on a number of SPV boards delivering operational PFI/PPP projects. He has been involved in PFI, PF2, NPD, MIM and LIFT. More recently Nigel heads up up Knight Frank’s team advising public sector organisations on their PFI expiry process.
