Duncan Ball

Duncan Ball has led BBGI from inception and IPO in 2011, the subsequent growth from 19 assets at IPO to 56 assets , and the take-private transaction with BCI in 2025. Duncan has worked in the infrastructure sector, investment banking and advisory business for over 30 years. As CEO of BBGI, he is responsible for overall strategy and management of the Company. He is one of three members of the Management Board and sits on the Group's Investment and ESG Committees. Additionally, he holds directorships in key investments of BBGI. Duncan is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, holds a CFA Charter, and is a graduate of the Institute of Directors program in the UK and Institute of Coprorate Directors in Canada. He holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce from Queen's University in Canada.
