Elaine Siew

Elaine is the CEO of gbpartnerships group and Board Director of three public private partnership LIFT companies. Under Elaine's leadership, gbpartnerships' partnering approach has delivered more than ¬£300m worth of new healthcare facilities and currently manages 85 LIFT buildings across 14 LIFTCos. gbpartnerships also deliver a range of consultancy services and partnering services including strategic estates planning, development and project management, asset and estates management, through the LIFT framework working with NHS partners nationally. Gbpartnerships also delivers developments outside of the LIFT framework including 3PD health developments and non-health developments including retail and industrial projects. Elaine holds a medical degree and is a chartered accountant with 15 years' experience as a Corporate Finance partner.  She has been the CEO of gbpartnerships and a member of The LIFT Council since 2006 and in summer 2022, Elaine was elected as the first Vice-Chair and Treasurer. Elaine is also a Governor at the University of Wolverhampton.
