Graham Spence

Graham has recently led the financial closes for Welsh Government on the two Pathfinder Projects on their Welsh Education Partnership MIM Programme.  Prior to joining the team at Welsh Government that successfully delivered the procurement to form the Strategic Partnership, Graham worked for Community Health Partnerships as the Chief Commercial Officers and led on many PPP programmes and has extensive experience from the large number of directorships he has held in the sector.
