Jamie Marsh

Jamie is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Partner at Rider Levett Bucknall. He has over 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry, spending the last 17 years specialising in the PFI / PPP sector providing technical advisory services to both public and private sector clients throughout the operational and expiry phases of PFI concessions. He currently heads up the Asset and Investment Advisory business within RLB, has contributed to the IPA Expiry Guidance, sat on the IPA working group for PFI Asset Condition and authored a number of PFI / PPP related articles appearing in various Professional Journals.
