John Seed

John is the Head of EBRD's Sustainable Infrastructure Project Preparation & Implementation Unit, which provides upstream, mid-stream and downstream technical, procurement and advisory support for both public and private sector programmes and projects aligned to the banks sustainable infrastructure business. This includes programme planning, project appraisal, options analysis, prioritisation as well as procurement support, monitoring, training, capacity building and institutional strengthening for over 100 investments worth in the order of EUR 4 billion annually.
