Kevin Hawkins

Kevin is a PPP/PFI specialist with over 20 years' experience gained working across a wide variety of public infrastructure projects, both in construction and operations. He joined Kajima in 2013, taking overall responsibility for Kajima's SPV management team in 2018 and then in 2024 joined the board of Kajima Partnerships as Operations Director and Head of Social Infrastructure. He now heads up the company's operational and social infrastructure activities, focussing on new PPP business, secondary market acquisitions and overseeing operational asset management across the business and its subsidiaries.
