Zoë has acted as a financial advisor to multiple private and public sector organisations on their PPP projects over the last 20 years, including the recent MIM schemes in Wales. She has/will be joined/ing Deloitte where she will continue to advise Public Sector organisations on their infrastructure and real estate schemes.
