Eddie Davies

Eddie sits on Vercity’s Executive Board and is Managing Director of their growing Consultancy Services division, which comprises 50 hard working and passionate professionals, who support the varying needs of their clients in both the public and private sectors, and across social and economic infrastructure.

He is a chartered quantity surveyor and qualified project manager with over 30 years of professional experience. He has worked primarily on commercial real estate and PPP procured assets. He has supported many projects through financial close, construction and operations, and now advising clients through expiry and net zero.

He has successfully led teams of professional advisors for over 20 years. Prior to joining Vercity, Eddie ran a successful technical advisory and project management team at Capita. He left Capita to work for a short period with an excellent real estate consultancy called Naismiths, leaving to set up and manage MAMG Consultancy as a start-up, which was recognised as Technical Adviser of the year at the Partnerships Awards in 2016.

He was the author of the RICS guidance note, “Lender’s Independent Monitoring Surveyor”, published in 2015. As a recognised industry figure, promoting monitoring surveying as a profession, it represented his gathered experience of working with real estate debt providers over many years.
