Operis

Operis’s excellence in the field of financial modelling is due to the calibre and commitment of its team. We know that ensuring that everyone feels included and is offered opportunities for growth is not just the right thing to do, it is critical to the retention of our staff and the long-term success of the firm.

At Operis, leadership is cultivated from within - the heads of our model audit, build and advisory business lines all started their careers at Operis. Young employees are offered quarterly reviews which focus on their development and how Operis can support them. We actively offer them opportunities to present their work to the whole company, which helps prepare them for taking the lead on client interactions. Financial modelling as a field has significant gender bias. Our recruitment processes target women in STEM organisations, and we have expanded the support we offer young parents to help ensure that those with caring responsibilities are not left behind. We are a signatory of the Women in Finance Charter and female representation in our analytical team has gone from 17% to 31% in the last four years. Half of our senior leadership is female. We blend rigorous professional development with deep camaraderie. We celebrate birthdays and professional milestones together and organise regular team building and social events. Our culture is reflected in our consistent accreditation as a Great Place to Work® (2021- 2025) and our inclusion on the Best Workplaces for Women list (2022, 2024, 2025).
