Myatt’s Field North has undergone a profound transformation from a once-isolated, stigmatised 1970s estate into a vibrant, connected, and proud community.This regeneration delivered by Regenter in partnership with Pinnacle, Rydon, E.ON, Higgins and the London Borough of Lambeth represents not just physical renewal, but a complete reimagining of place, identity, and opportunity. The project has reshaped the area and generated growing positive recognition across South London. Key achievements include • High Standard of Homes: Delivery of 808 new homes and refurbishment of 172 properties have created a high‑quality, affordable housing offer with a well‑balanced tenure mix. This includes general needs rent, shared ownership, private sale and leasehold reprovision, enhancing choice, strengthening community cohesion and providing genuine pathways to long‑term housing security. • A Community Centre at the Heart of Local Life: An inclusive hub that hosts cultural, educational, and social activities empowering residents while generating revenue for long‑term resilience. • Cleaner, Greener, Fairer Energy: A Combined Heat and Power plant supplying district heating across the estate, reducing carbon emissions and lowering residents’ energy bills tangible support for families during a time of rising living costs. • Revitalised Public Spaces: Redesigned roads, footpaths, parking and landscaping that improve safety, accessibility, and pride in the area. • A Park for Everyone: A green space where children play, families gather, older residents connect, and people of all abilities feel included and at home.
