Vercity’s SPV Management Company of the Year submission showcases a year defined by strong performance, measurable social value, digital advancement, and a deep commitment to ESG and inclusive practice. With almost three decades of experience and a portfolio spanning more than 90 projects across social, economic, and renewable sectors, Vercity continues to set a high benchmark for effective and responsible SPV management.

In 2025, the business delivered another outstanding year. Our teams generated significant social value through volunteering, community programmes and charitable initiatives, supported by Vercity’s ‘Volunteer Days’ framework. We strengthened our commitment to social responsibility by affirming the Armed Forces Covenant —recognising and supporting individuals with military backgrounds and their families. This approach embodies the inclusive culture that drives our organisational values (Integrity, Collaboration, Professionalism, Make-a-difference) and informs how we partner with communities. Operationally, Vercity continued to lead through innovation. We invested in digital capability and systems by appointing a Chief Digital Officer and enhancing our bespoke asset management app, Walk the Floor. These advancements improved service delivery, enriched client reporting, provided far greater transparency and enhanced lifecycle and FM management across a portfolio exceeding £800m/annum in expenditure, alongside lifecycle investments worth hundreds of millions. Our strong performance aligns with our commitment to carbon neutrality, inclusive employment, and sustainable long term asset stewardship. Together, these achievements reflect a business that not only delivers operational excellence but drives meaningful impact—collaborating with partners, supporting communities, and continuously raising standards within the SPV market.
