What are the entry fees?
Fees depend on the category and the submission date (prices exclude VAT).
What are this year's categories?
The categories for this year's awards are divided into three main groups: Projects, Companies and Teams, and Individuals.
What work is eligible for submission?
All project entries must relate to work signed between 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025 unless otherwise specified in the criteria.
Entries into the Companies and Teams categories should relate to achievements in 2025.
Are any categories free to enter?
Yes, the Public Sector Promoter/Procurer of the Year category is free to enter, and the Lifetime Achievement award is free to nominations.
Can I enter the same project again?
Entries remain eligible if previously submitted, but they must show progression has been made to be considered for a second year.
How long should the main written submission be?
Your written entry is the basis for judging and shortlisting. Generally, all entries should be between a minimum of 600 words and a maximum of 1500 words. Note that the Best FM and Technology Provider category has a maximum of 1000 words, and the Lifetime Achievement category requires a 500-word explanation.
What is the requirement for the Executive Summary?
A separate 250-word summary of your submission must be provided. Crucially, this summary will be published on the website if you are shortlisted, so do not include any confidential information.
Are images mandatory?
Yes, two images are mandatory. They must be colour JPEG files, 300 DPI resolution, and no less than 200mm x 200mm. No logos will be accepted. For individual or team categories, pictures must be of the person or team, and professional photography is recommended.
