Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects across transportation, water, renewable energy, real estate, and social infrastructure. He has led global asset management programmes and provided technical and investment due diligence for a diverse client base, including international development banks, concessionaires, institutional investors, commercial lenders, and government agencies. As Head of the PPP & Property Advisory team within WSP UK's Infrastructure & Investment Advisory business, Femi plays a pivotal role in shaping infrastructure delivery and investment strategy across sectors. He also serves on the board of the IPFA, where he connects and promotes the collective interests of public & private sector members.
